Family Matters

Apparently, a family cookout calls for an all out panic at my house. So, while everyone else is running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I thought I take a swing at starting a journal. What I want to know is what captures your attention in other people. Is it their laugh? Their outgoing nature? Shyness? Hair color? What? I'm at a point in my life where I'm forced to meet a ton of new people, and I don't know what to do. Help me?
